Couples Therapy
Relationships can be deeply sustaining, yet they can also feel difficult or confusing. You may find yourselves caught in cycles of conflict or silence, or feeling distant and unheard. Couples therapy offers a calm and balanced space to look together at what is happening between you. The focus is not on taking sides, but on understanding the needs and patterns that shape your connection.
Some couples come with the hope of rebuilding their relationship, while others are unsure whether staying together is possible or right for them. I provide a steady and respectful space for both partners to explore these questions and consider what comes next. I aim to create enough safety for honest conversations and mutual understanding. Together we will bring clarity to repeating dynamics and start to build momentum towards change and reconnection.
I work with a strong sense of fairness and curiosity about what unfolds between partners. My approach supports both people to feel respected, recognised and understood. I am used to holding the idea that two perspectives can be valid at the same time, and I notice the points where what you are saying is not landing in the way you intended. A key part of my role is to help you find a shared language so that each of you feels understood in a way that makes change possible.
