Individual Therapy Sessions
Many people come to therapy because life feels overwhelming or out of step. You may be living with anxiety or low mood, feeling disconnected from yourself or carrying a sense that something is not quite right. These experiences can narrow your world and make daily life feel harder than it should.
Individual therapy provides an opportunity to slow down and understand what is happening in your mind and body. The focus is on making sense of your experiences, recognising patterns and finding ways to meet them with more clarity and choice.
Together we will explore what is shaping your difficulties, both in the present and, where helpful, in the deeper roots of your life story. The aim is not quick fixes, but gradual shifts that feel real and sustainable. Therapy works best when you are engaged in the process and willing to look at what is happening in your life with some honesty and motivation for change. The relationship we build provides the steadiness and support needed for that work to unfold over time.
I offer individual counselling for adults and bring a consistent, attentive presence to the work. My focus is on supporting you to feel understood so you can engage in the process in a way that is useful to you.
